Loneliness-battle lies within
- Vishal Das
It has been stated that "loneliness is an emotional state in which a person experiences a powerful feeling of emptiness and isolation". Moreover loneliness is the feeling of desiring a  company or desiring to do something with another person. Loneliness is regarded as a feeling of excised, disconnected or alienated from other people or whom we thought to be our dear ones, turns out to be difficult to have any form of meaningful human contact. Lonely people often feel empty or hollow inside and even makes them to brood. Being alone makes people sad, insecure, anxious and even depressed.  Psychologists have explained that if you fear being alone you may become over needy of other people and feel as if you must be around people at all times.  It causes severe harm to ones life and keeps people away from loved ones and play total havoc with a person's life.
Whereas sometimes lonliness turns out to be a good factor in our lives. It helps us to deal, explore and understand oneselve. The main thing is we should be always confident in ourselves and should remain strong from every aspects.Apart from this  relaxation techniques  like specific ways of breathing, muscle relaxation training, travelling, listening good music, guided mental imagery, or soothing self-talk are honarable remedies to get rid of monophobia. These relaxation techniques are very effectual to deal with, and overcome, feelings of loneliness, depression and anxiety. We all have strengths and weakness and hiding our weaknesses takes up more energy than it does to work to overcome them or learn to live with them.
Undoubtedly, the fear of being alone is known by a many names - Autophobia, Isolaphobia, and Monophobia. Loneliness is neither a permanent state nor "bad" in itself. Instead it needs to be viewed more precisely as a signal or indicator of important needs that are going unmet.
